Marinara Sauce
This is Dennis's time tested recipe developed with the inspiration of his Grandmother and twenty five years of cooking experience. Big chunks of tomato, pieces of shallot, garlic, green pepper and onion along with with a healthy helping of herbs and spices. This Marinara will stand up to ANY type of Pasta! This is perfect for baked ziti, any type of Parmesan dish
Gourmet Wine Jelly
We are fortunate to live in an area where we are surrounded by vineyards producing the finest of
Virginia wines. We have forged relationships with award winning vintners to produce Wine Jelly from their premium vintage wines. The resulting jelly is ideal with cheese, as a glaze on meat and poultry, or simply on hot buttered toast. We can provide Wine Jelly with personalized labels for your special event or fund raiser or for the vineyard itself. See our Branding page for details.
